What We Build

Start with a container. Finish with a working space.

A standard container is a strong, secure steel box. A custom build turns it into something your crew can actually work in — a site office, a tool and equipment room, a climate-controlled storage unit, or a branded mobile space. Every build starts with how you plan to use it.

Office build-outs

Framed office rooms with finished walls, flooring, counters, and climate control. See custom office containers.

Doors & windows

Steel entry doors, walk-up windows, standard windows, and roll-up doors.

Electrical & lighting

Breaker panels, interior outlets, exterior GFI outlets, LED lighting, and exterior flood lights.

Generator-ready power

50-amp inlets so the container can run from a generator on sites without utility power.

Climate control

Mini-split air conditioners sized to the space you're conditioning.

Shelving & storage

Steel shelving, workbenches, and battery or tool charging stations.

Paint & branding

Exterior paint in your color and your company logo on the side.

Recent Build

AUI Partners: a 40-foot insulated office and storage container.

AUI Partners needed a single unit that could serve as both a climate-controlled site office and a secure storage room. We took a 40-foot container, insulated it, built a 10-foot air-conditioned office into one end, and fitted out the rest for shelving and equipment charging — with power, lighting, and a generator inlet so it works wherever it's placed.

How It Works

From idea to delivered container.

1. Tell us the use

What the container needs to do, who will work in it, what needs power, and where it's going.

2. Plan the layout

We work through size, door and window placement, electrical, HVAC, and finishes with you.

3. We build it

We build the container to the plan we agreed on, inside and out.

Custom builds can start from a 40-foot container or a 40-foot high cube — the extra foot of height helps once insulation and ceiling finishes go in. If you plan to occupy the container or connect it to permanent utilities, confirm the rules with your city or county before the build.
